In response to the flash flood caused by heavy rainfall of 15, 16, and 17 September in Freetown that affected and displaced communities in Western area Freetown Wash Consortium (FWC) was able to promptly address the WASH needs of 32 flood affected communities in Western area. The communities have been supported with water supply for domestic use, hygiene kits, tarpaulins, hand washing stations, and drainage cleaning.
